Connect the camera to the USB of the PC, but the PC is not responding

There are several possibilities for this type of problem:
(1) USB cable connection error, please check the USB cable connection status.
(2) The connected USB cable is not the standard USB 2.0 data cable of Smart Image, or does not comply with the technical specifications of USB 2.0 data cable. Please replace the data cable with one that meets the USB 2.0 technical specifications.
(3) If connected through a USB extension cable, please remove the extension cable and directly connect it to the USB 2.0 interface of the computer motherboard.
